How to book and pay for your tour:

Bookings and payment can be made securely online by clicking the 'BOOK NOW' button at the bottom of each tour page. This will take you to a secure page where you can pay with your credit card.

It is also possible to book and pay over the phone by calling 1300 661 730 (7am - 10pm).

If you would like to pay cash for your tour we are able to take your credit card number to hold the seat and then you can pay cash to the driver when you join the tour. Your card will not be charged unless you fail to show up for the tour. This can be done by calling our office on 1300 661 730 (7am - 10pm).

We also accept bookings through backpacker hostels and travel agents.

To confirm your charter booking we require a 50% deposit at the time of booking with the balance to be paid at least 48 hours prior to the date of travel.

Payment can be made via cheque, direct deposit into our bank account or by credit card.

Booking Conditions

Although every effort is made, Wildlife Tours Australia shall not be liable for any illness, injury, damages, loss, delay or failure to join the tour that may occur due to factors beyond our control. We highly recommend that all passengers have travel insurance.

Wildlife Tours retains the right to alter routes, itineraries, fares, days of operation or even cancel tours if unforeseen circumstances occur.

Other accredited tour operators may be used on some tours.

Cancellation in less than 48 hours will result in 50% refund, cancellation within 24 hours or failure to show will result in total fare forfeiture. Transfer of any service will incur a $25 fee.

All credit card transactions incur a 2.5% fee.
