Wildlife tours Australia has been entertaining travellers since 1996. We are one of the most experienced small group tour operators in Melbourne. We have the ultimate range of 1, 2 & 3 day adventures to Melbourne and Victorias premier sightseeing destinations. Wildlife Tours specialises in Great Ocean Road Tours, Phillip Island Penguin Parade tours, The Grampians National Park tours, Melbourne to Adelaide Tours as well as personalised group charters to just about anywhere in Australia. We also place a strong emphasis on incorporating Australian Wildlife into our tours, as we believe this is one of the things that makes Australia so special!
Wildlife Tours Australia operates smaller modern vehicles (no bigger than 24 seats) in order to provide our passengers with a more personalised, higher quality experience. We believe travelling in a group is better than a crowd, that’s why we don’t try and squeeze you in amongst 50 other people. We endeavour to get to know you all on a first name basis, and firmly believe in enjoying the journey as well as the highlights. The only thing we love more than our beautiful country, is being able to show it off to our guests. That’s why when you travel with Wildlife Tours; you know you’re going to get a guide who is just as enthusiastic about the journey as you are.

Our Guides:
Our guides are handpicked and carefully selected for their experience, great personalities and ability to entertain people. They are all well travelled and therefore understand the needs of other travellers. Our guides all undertake a rigorous training program which ensures they are the best in the business. It also means you can relax and feel confident that you’re in good hands.
Our Vehicles:
We only use a modern fleet of vehicles which are no larger than 24 seats. This ensures we can maintain a personalised intimate experience for every traveller. Some of the vehicles we use are contracted out from coach rental companies particularly during peak season. One thing you can always be sure of is that the vehicles we use are always modern, clean, comfortable, heated and air conditioned coaches.
Courtesy hotel pick up and drop off:
We offer courtesy hotel pick up and drop off to over 100 different inner city locations and St Kilda.
Accommodation:
Our overnight accommodation is pre-arranged for all of our guests at cosy country hostels. Motel accommodation is also available as well as the ability to upgrade to double or twin rooms. Accommodation payments can be made to any travel agent or paid direct to the hostel.

About the Owner
Paul Beames is the owner of Wildlife Tours. He graduated at Victoria University in Melbourne, and completed a double degree encompassing a Bachelor of Arts, and Bachelor of Business in Tourism Recreation Management. He gained a scholarship to study abroad at the University of Western Ontario in Canada. His passion for the tourism industry began to grow as he gained experience working for a number of tour companies in various capacities.
After working for Adventure Tours Australia running tours up and down the East Coast of Australia, he developed an incredible passion for tour guiding, and eventually was involved in touring into every state and territory in Australia, except for Tasmania. Paul moved abroad and began tour driving for Top Deck Tours, touring through 14 different European countries and gained a global perspective on the tourism industry. He moved back to Australia and worked for a number of local tour operators including the successful ‘Go West Company'. In 2009 Paul bought and now manages ‘Wildlife Tours Australia’.
