How to book a tour?
You can book and pay on our website, via telephone by calling our Customer Happiness Crew +61 3 9393 1300, or send us an email [email protected] with the date and tour you would like to book as well as your information – name, number of people travelling, email address, telephone number. We only accept payment via credit card. You can call to provide these details over the phone or request for a credit card authorisation form.
Do i need to print my ticket?
No, it’s not required to print your ticket as we love to save paper. Please do keep a copy of your confirmation email/ticket on your phone to make sure you have all the correct details and need to check your pickup location, time, or call us.
Terms And Conditions
Although every effort is made, Wildlife Tours Australia shall not be liable for any illness, injury, loss, delay or failure to join the tour that may occur due to factors beyond our control. We highly recommend all passengers to have a travel insurance coverage. Wildlife Tours Australia retains the right to alter routes, itineraries, fares, days of operation or even cancel tours if unforeseen circumstances occur. Other accredited tour operator may be used on some tours.
Cancellation by the traveller: Day Tours – Cancellations within 48 hours or failure to board on the day of tour, will result in 100% full fare forfeiture. Cancellation 3 to 7 days prior to departure will result in a 50% loss of the ticket price. Date change fees apply inside & including of 7 days $25 per person.
Extended Tours – Cancellations within 14 days or failure to board on the day, will result in 100% full fare forfeiture. Cancellation 15 to 21 days prior to departure will result in a 50% loss of the ticket price. Cancellation 22 to 30 days prior to departure will result in a 25% loss of the ticket price. Date change fees apply inside & including of 21 days $150 per person.
